About Us
With the clear mission of helping and inspiring business leaders, ‘Leading on the Frontline’ is a partnership forged from careers spent making life-or-death decisions.
Meeting during their Executive MBA at the University of Cambridge, James and Christian recognised the shared value of their frontline medical and military experience. Using real-life examples, they powerfully compare two different but similarly fast-flowing, high-performance environments.
‘Leading on the Frontline’ share extraordinary insights with their audience from careers of split-second decision-making in ambiguous, potentially fatal circumstances, and a resilience borne from extreme scenarios. Grounded in the reality of holding lives in their hands, they are a compelling mix of achievement and emotional intelligence – as encouraging and open about learning from their failures as much their success. This is a powerful alliance that provides deeply insightful perspectives for today’s complex business world.

What We Offer
‘Leading on the Frontline’ offers executive and corporate audiences refreshingly candid views on how to elicit the very best from teams under extreme pressure. Delivered with contagious enthusiasm, James and Christian shine a new light on problems and inspire individuals, academics, professionals, and corporate audiences to better manage themselves and their businesses through a crisis.
